AI Disclosure Summary — Legal Ops Maestro

Effective: April 28, 2026 | Version: 1.0

Core Purpose

Legal Ops Maestro discloses its use of AI systems for generating resume bullets, portfolio introductions, annual review summaries, and character archetype narratives — fulfilling transparency obligations under the EU AI Act (Article 50) and comparable US state laws.

Key AI Applications

The platform uses artificial intelligence to:

Important limitation: AI is not used to make hiring, credit, licensure, disciplinary, performance evaluation, or any other automated decision that produces legal or similarly significant effects (GDPR Article 22 standard). All AI output is suggestive content for you to review, edit, and use at your discretion.

Data Routing

For paid features (Resume Pack, Portfolio Page, Annual Review Pack, Orchestra Career Pack), prompts travel:

User browser → Legal Ops Maestro Worker (Cloudflare) → Cloudflare AI Gateway with Zero Data Retention → Anthropic or OpenAI (paid tier, ZDR composite) or Cloudflare Workers AI (free / degraded fallback).

For v1 BYO-key features (extension-local AI), prompts travel directly from your browser to your chosen provider (Anthropic or OpenAI) using your own API key. Legal Ops Maestro never sees the prompt, response, or your API key.

No EEA exit for paid features. Cloudflare AI Gateway’s Unified Billing routes for Anthropic and OpenAI are ZDR-eligible end-to-end; we do not route paid traffic through OpenRouter or any other multi-provider router. For v1 BYO-key, your traffic is governed by your provider’s terms.

Training Guarantee

Neither Legal Ops Maestro, Cloudflare AI Gateway, Cloudflare Workers AI, Anthropic (standard API tier), nor OpenAI (standard API tier) trains AI models on your prompts or responses. Cloudflare confirmed 2026-04-28 that ZDR is a composite guarantee for Unified Billing routes to Anthropic and OpenAI; standard API tiers default to no-training without separate enterprise agreements.

Logging Posture

Cloudflare AI Gateway is configured to log metadata only — model slug, upstream provider, token counts, request status, timestamp, and SKU attribution. Prompt and response bodies are not persisted. The Worker’s ai_usage table contains the same metadata; no prompt or response columns exist on the schema.

Prohibited Content

Users must not submit attorney-client privileged information, work product, client personally identifiable information (PII), trade secrets, or confidential data through the AI features. The Worker enforces a credential pre-scan that blocks API keys, AWS credentials, OAuth tokens, and PEM-formatted private keys before any prompt reaches the AI Gateway. Cloudflare DLP additionally blocks Social Security numbers, financial identifiers, insurance and tax numbers, and government identifiers at the gateway layer.

Hypothetical facts and sanitized examples are required when describing matter context.

Human Validation Requirement

Users must independently review all AI outputs before relying on them. AI-generated bullets, intros, narratives, and summaries are coaching content only — not legal advice, employment endorsements, or character assessments. Final responsibility for what you publish or submit rests with you.
